I had a nasty old tooth that had to come out. It proved to be a bit of a handful to remove as I don’t handle this procedure very well. I just like to thank the staff so much for comforting me and doing such a professional job and that goes out to all staff thank you very much

Calm and personable staff that make the entire experience enjoyable. Being greeted with a smile, treated with care and made to feel important, makes it so much easier to book into the big scary dentist every 6 months.

I visited Coast Coffs Dental today with my 3-year-old son, Tully, who has some challenging dental issues. From the moment we arrived, the team was so warm and welcoming. Unlike past experiences where I’ve left feeling judged or blamed, the staff here never once made me feel like a “bad mum” because of his teeth. Instead, they were kind, supportive, and made not only Tully, but also myself and my mum feel completely comfortable. It was such a relief to be in an environment where we felt cared for rather than criticised. I can’t thank them enough for their compassion and professionalism. Highly recommend Coast Coffs Dental to any parent looking for gentle, understanding dental care.

Tammy does a great job with a clean and polish and the charge is reasonable for the time and effort she puts in. Can't comment on the dentist as I don't always get the same one. Take cash as they do charge a card service fee.

Dr Jakob Hearn has to be the best dentist I have seen in my entire life. Painless, efficient, kept me well informed throughout the process. Amazing! Seriously good I almost fell asleep, all with zero numbing. Thanks Jakob!

I’ve just changed dentists and was immediately impressed by Andrew’s professionalism and understanding of my needs and budget The recommendation he suggested for my treatment was very clear and appropriate. Andrew’s holistic approach was refreshing as was the friendliness of the staff particularly Kaylee who made follow-up appointments meet my schedule. Plus they’re a Medibank partner and accept Amex. .

Ladies at the front desk were purely amazing! My partner was working and the ladies watched my one year old for me so I was able to get work done on my teeth. Dentist was amazing also, very patient and informative. Grateful for the whole team!

I was treated by Dr Lee for a routine examination, clean, scale and fluoride treatment. It was my first time with Dr Lee. He was very professional and made you feel at ease. He explained very clearly the procedures he would be doing.The receptionist was also extremely pleasant.

I had a routine check-up with Dr Jaeha Lee and also received a few treatments, including fillings and crowns. I found him to be very professional, with well organised treatment plans. Outstanding service overall. Best of luck to the whole team!
